On the Boulder
The Boulder River is a fishermens paradise. During the season a float trip is a great way to spend an early summer day. Staying at one of the places below puts you witin 2.5 miles of Big Timber Fly Fishing's owner and outfitter.
Rippling Waters is a great place to stay. Located just 7+ miles south of Big timber and only 1.5 miles from Big Timber Fly Fishing Headquarters. Just outside of the downstairs doors is a pond. Great for a quick primmer or a place for casting instruction. The property has great Boulder River veiws. Make reservations by calling 932-3033. Pictures coming soon!
The CWC Ranch is located 10.76 miles south of Big Timber and only 2.36 miles from Big Timber Fly Fishing Headquarters. You have a choice of the Homestead House, sleeps two adults, (pictured) and the Ranch House witch sleeps 4 adults. During the floating season, BTFF offers a special float from their buildings to Big Timber Fly Fishing Headquarters. The owners request bookings made for 3 days minium.
You may also choose the McLeod Resort in McLeod. McLeod is located just a short ways from the confluence of the West Boulder and Boulder Rivers. They have RV camping and various small cabins. They can be reached at 932-6167
