Local Creeks

 With all mountain areas, one will find an abundance of small creeks to add to the anglers mix.  Big Timber Country is no exception and Big Timber Fly Fishing offers fishing on one of the areas best streams, Sweet Grass Creek. 

The area of Sweet Grass we service is located on the WD Ranch.  The WD ranch is a large cattle operaton and offers range of ranch activities for those who are not fishermen.  They also offer several places to stay and if you stay, one person saves on the rod fee.  The WD is approximately 23 miles north of Big Timber. 

  

For the Yellowstone angler east of Big Timber on Bridger Creek is the Bunkhouse Bed and Breakfast.  Located 3.6 miles off the interstate just a few feet from Bridger Creek the Bunkhouse Bed and Breakfast offers a great off the beaten path feel.   The Bridger Creek area offers access to Forrest Service land where there are great 4 wheeler access.
